Getting it done right

As a professional driver, team owner, consultant, homeowner, and commercial property owner, "getting it done right" is important to me.
Before I hired Scott to manage my properties, my biggest concern was whether he would do as good a job as I could do myself, and the answer was: YES!
What I value most in our relationship is my ability to trust that whatever I need done, or looked after, will be very well handled. Scott gets right on issues and finishes the job right.

His worth was totally evident

My 47-year career as a real estate Broker has led me to believe that I am a good judge of character, intelligence and work ethics. It seemed impossible to find a good and dependable manager for my office building, when my CPA commented that he had worked with Scott and thought his work was “outstanding”.
After several meetings I contracted for Scott to manage my building, and since that time he has never disappointed me. With six tenants in 10 commercial spaces plus two residential units in a 33 year-old building, Scott stepped in to a complicated situation. His attention to detail, long experience and ability to strike favorable relationships with a broad range of tenants, subcontractors and vendors was obvious. His worth was totally evident and tenants were more content knowing that a professional property manager would be available to take care of their problems and questions.
Recently I decided to sell the building and without Scott efforts I can say that the escrow would not have closed on time and for that matter, may have never closed at all. I’m sure that if you hire Scott to manage your property, you will not be dissatisfied.
Sincerely, Daniel S. Schwartz, Broker

The most important hire you’ll make

Having someone look after your home is one of the most important hires you’ll make, he protects our home and our cherished mementos. All that we wanted in a property manager was fulfilled in Scott: he actually came to us with lists of things he was going to check on weekly/daily that we had not even thought of. When we travel, he is the first person we call.
If you want a person who is:
• trustworthy (we’ve got lots of nice things on display in the house),
• responsible (knows what to do if something has gone wrong, like where to get a good plumber or electrician),
• responsive (keeps you informed on a regular basis) and
• thoughtful (Scott is a professional and no job is too small or too large),
you cannot do any better than using Scott Dutcher, and to use anyone but the most experienced property manager would be foolish.

Proactive and seasoned onsite management

We are the proud owners of a Class A office building in beautiful Incline Village, NV. For the first dozen years, we chose to share the management responsibilities by doing collection, payments, and leasing ourselves, and delegating the remainder of facility management to a reliable, but part time, local manager: we directed, he executed. Neither my partner or I resided in or near Incline Village.
What was missing from our combined management approach was proactive and seasoned onsite management to assure tenant satisfaction and eliminate problems before they occurred. We were fortunate to find the answer to that void in Scott Dutcher of Chase International.
Scott manages high end commercial and private residences in Incline. He tailored his duties to our specific requirements and fairly based his (Chase’s) monthly fee accordingly. If you’re seeking a ‘managing partner’ who is ethical, hard-working, asserts initiative while increasing property value, we would like to highly recommend Scott as your top candidate.
Scott has a long and successful full-time career of property management in Incline Village. He has a thorough knowledge of best management practices and has long standing relationships with respected local service providers. He approaches his work with high energy and a confident focus.
Agreed upon actions items are completed quickly and documented from start to finish. Larger action items that are deferred don’t get forgotten but are scheduled and dealt with at the appropriate time. Items with an agreed to dollar limit are satisfactorily completed with our participation. His communication skills are excellent.
All activities from identification, to bid proposal, to completion are documented and communicated in real time as if we were onsite ourselves. So, if it sounds to you that we are very pleased with Scott’s performance, you have it correct! If you are seeking a team member, who acts more like your equity partner, then your search could be over.
